Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start your journey on the A10 motorway. Take the exit for Genoa and follow the signs for the city center. Once you reach the central area, look for Via di Prè. You can park at a nearby garage, such as 'Parcheggio Brignole' or 'Parcheggio Caricamento', which typically cost around €1.50 per hour. From the parking garage, it’s a short walk to Via di Prè where Caruggi is located.

• Train

  For those using public transportation, take a train to Genoa Piazza Principe station. The trains are frequent and the journey from other towns in the Italian Riviera, like Cinque Terre or Santa Margherita Ligure, takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes. Upon arriving at Piazza Principe, exit the station and head towards Via di Prè, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs towards the city center, and you will find Via di Prè and Caruggi.

• Bus

  If you prefer buses, several lines connect various locations in the Italian Riviera to Genoa. Check local bus schedules for the best option; once you arrive at the Genoa bus terminal, you can easily walk to Via di Prè. It’s roughly a 20-minute walk from the terminal to your destination. Buses typically cost around €2 to €5 depending on the distance.

  Genoa has a metro system that can be useful for reaching the city center. If you are near a metro station, take Line 1 towards ‘Brin’ and get off at the 'De Ferrari' station. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to Via di Prè. The metro fare is approximately €1.50.
