Walking
If you are starting from the Genoa Brignole train station, exit the station and head southwest on Via C. Colombo. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Via XX Settembre. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Piazza De Ferrari, the main square of Genoa. From Piazza De Ferrari, walk down Via Garibaldi, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its beautiful palaces. Continue straight until you reach Via San Lorenzo, and then turn right. Follow Via San Lorenzo until you reach the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. From the cathedral, head south on Piazza San Lorenzo, and then turn left onto Vico del Campanile delle Vigne. Santa Maria delle Vigne will be on your left.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Genoa Brignole train station, walk to the nearby bus stop 'Brignole' and take bus number 35. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop 'Piazza De Ferrari'. From there, walk down Via Garibaldi, then turn right onto Via San Lorenzo. Continue until you reach the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, then head south on Piazza San Lorenzo, turning left onto Vico del Campanile delle Vigne. Santa Maria delle Vigne will be on your left.

From the Dinegro Metro Station, take the Metro Line D (the yellow line) towards Brin. After 4 stops, get off at De Ferrari. From De Ferrari, exit the metro station and walk down Via Garibaldi. Turn right onto Via San Lorenzo and follow it until you reach the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. From there, head south on Piazza San Lorenzo, turning left onto Vico del Campanile delle Vigne. Santa Maria delle Vigne will be on your left.
