From the central square in Prè, head west on Via di Prè towards Via San Luca. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Garibaldi. Turn right onto Via Garibaldi. The Strada Nuova Museums - Palazzo Rosso will be on your left at number 18. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport - Bus
From Prè, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via di Prè. Take bus line 18 or 20 heading towards 'Brignole'. Get off at the stop 'Caricamento'. From there, walk towards Via Garibaldi. The Palazzo Rosso is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, located at number 18 on the left side. The bus ticket costs around €1.50.

Head to the Principe metro station, which is about a 10-minute walk from Prè. Take the metro line 1 (red line) towards 'Brin'. Get off at the 'De Ferrari' station.
