Walking
Via Bartolomeo Colleoni is located in Città Alta, which is primarily a pedestrian zone. If you are already in Città Alta, simply walk towards the main street. From Piazza Vecchia, walk through the arches of the Palazzo della Ragione, and you'll find yourself on Via Colleoni. The street is easily walkable and well-signposted.
Public Transport
From Bergamo Bassa (Lower Town), the easiest way to reach Via Bartolomeo Colleoni is by taking the funicular. The funicular station is located near Viale Vittorio Emanuele II. Take the funicular up to Città Alta. Once you exit the funicular station in Città Alta, turn right and walk for a few minutes. Via Bartolomeo Colleoni will be on your left. A single ticket for the funicular costs €1.50.
Taxi
Taxis are available from Bergamo train station to Città Alta, but they cannot drive directly onto Via Bartolomeo Colleoni as it is a pedestrian zone. A taxi from the train station to the edge of Città Alta (Piazza Mercato delle Scarpe) will cost approximately €15-€20, depending on traffic. From there, it's a short walk (5-10 minutes) along the Via Gombito to reach Via Bartolomeo Colleoni.
