If you are in Cinque Terre, take a train to Rapallo from any of the Cinque Terre train stations (like Monterosso, Vernazza, or Corniglia). The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at Rapallo train station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Via Mameli. Turn right and walk towards the waterfront promenade.

From the waterfront promenade, walk along the seafront until you reach the end of the promenade. Continue straight onto Via della Libertà. At the first intersection, turn left onto Via dei Partigiani. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Vicolo della Rosa. Turn right onto Vicolo della Rosa, and Chiesa Santo Stefano will be located at number 11 on your left.
