From the center of Verona, make your way to the Verona Porta Nuova train station. Once at the station, you can take a train to the town of Solferino. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Solferino station, exit and head north onto Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto Via del Castello. Follow this road for about 1 km until you reach the Rocca di Solferino, which will be on your right.

From the central bus station in Verona, take the bus line that goes to Mantova (Mantua). The journey takes about 45 minutes. Get off at Solferino. Once you arrive at Solferino, walk towards Piazza Castello, which is only a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Continue straight until you see the Rocca di Solferino located at the end of the square.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Verona. Start from the city center and head towards the northwest, following the signs to Solferino. The distance is approximately 20 km and will take around 1 hour. You will mostly be cycling along country roads, so be cautious of traffic.
