Car
If driving from Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, head southeast on SS445 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach Equi Terme. Continue on Via Buca until you see signs for Equi Terme Caves, located at Via Buca, 46. Parking is available near the caves. Note that the historic village is a pedestrian-only zone, and you'll need to park before the bridge on the left. Parking fees may apply depending on the season.

From Castelnuovo di Garfagnana train station, take a train towards Aulla Lunigiana and get off at Equi Terme station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the caves. Follow the signs directing you towards the caves on Via Buca, 46. Check the train schedule in advance as services may be limited. A single train fare is approximately €3-€6.
