From there, walk a short distance towards the city walls, and you will find the Porta San Pietro Castle right at the entrance.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops located around the city center. From the central square (Piazza dell'Anfiteatro), cycle towards Via Santa Croce and follow the signs leading to the city walls.
