If you are starting from the Lucca Train Station, exit the station and head towards Viale Giuseppe Mazzini. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the city walls. Once you reach the walls, turn left onto the walls path (Baluardo San Regolo) and continue walking for about 300 meters. You will see the entrance to Orto Botanico Comunale di Lucca on your right.

Walk along the walls for about 400 meters and you will find the entrance to the Orto Botanico Comunale di Lucca on your left.
