To reach Forte delle Saline by public transport, take a train to Orbetello-Monte Argentario station. From the station, take a local bus (Autolinee Toscane - Linea 1) towards Giannella. Get off at the stop closest to Strada Provinciale della Giannella. From there, it is a short walk to Forte delle Saline.
