Housed in a 15th-century noble residence in the Civita district, Casa Noha provides a compelling introduction to the city's unique history and culture. Visitors embark on a multimedia experience that unfolds across several rooms, showcasing a 25-minute video titled "The Invisible Sassi: An Extraordinary Journey Through the History of Matera". This film, projected onto the walls, ceilings, and floors, narrates Matera's story from its Paleolithic settlements through its period of poverty and its subsequent rediscovery. The presentation delves into the architecture, art, and archaeology of the area, offering a comprehensive overview of Matera's transformations.
