Getting There

• Walking

  If you are already in the Brera District, you can easily navigate to your desired destination by walking. Start at the Pinacoteca di Brera, which is a prominent landmark in the area. Exit the museum and head south on Via Brera. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Fiori Chiari. Turn left onto Via Fiori Chiari and walk for about 200 meters. You will find a variety of charming shops and cafes along this street. Your destination should be within this vicinity.

• Public Transport

  If you are further from the center of Brera, you can take the Milan metro. The closest metro station to Brera is 'Lima' on Line 1 (the red line). From Lima, you can walk to Brera by heading southeast along Corso Buenos Aires until you reach Via Montebello. Turn right onto Via Montebello, which will lead you into the heart of the Brera District. The metro ticket costs approximately €2.00 and is valid for 90 minutes.

• Tram

  Another option is to take the tram. The tram stop 'Palestro' on Line 1 is a good choice. From there, walk south along Via Palestro, then turn left onto Via Manzoni, and after a few minutes, you will reach Via Brera. The tram ticket also costs around €2.00 and is valid for 90 minutes.

• Bike Sharing

  If you prefer cycling, you can use the bike-sharing service in Milan. Look for a bike station near you and rent a bike. From any location in the Brera District, you can cycle towards your destination by using the bike lanes. Make sure to check the availability of bikes at the station. The cost is typically €1.50 for 30 minutes.
