Walking
From the heart of Brera, head south on Via Brera toward Via Fiori Chiari. Turn left onto Via Fiori Chiari and continue walking until you reach Via della Moscova. Take a right onto Via della Moscova and continue straight. After a few minutes, you will see Piazza Carmine on your left. This walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Public Transport - Tram
If you prefer taking public transport, find the nearest tram stop, which is likely to be 'Piazza della Repubblica.' Board tram line 1 in the direction of Sesto 1 Maggio FS. Get off at 'Cairoli' station. From there, walk west along Via Dante until you reach Via della Moscova, then turn left. Walk straight for about 5 minutes and you will arrive at Piazza Carmine. The tram ride will cost around €2.
Public Transport - Bus
You can also take a bus. Head to the nearest bus stop, which could be on Via Brera. Look for bus line 61 that goes towards 'Cadorna FN.' Get off at 'Piazza Cadorna' and from there, walk south on Via Cadorna, then turn left onto Via della Moscova. Continue until you reach Piazza Carmine. The bus fare is approximately €2.
