From Modena train station, take bus line 5 or 6 towards 'Sassuolo'. Get off at the 'Piazza della Libertà' bus stop. Walk straight down Via Emilia, then turn right onto Viale Vittorio Veneto. The park will be straight ahead after about a 10-minute walk. A single urban bus ride costs €1.50. You can also purchase a ticket directly on the bus using a contactless credit card for €1.20.
