If you are starting from the Modena Cathedral (Duomo di Modena), head east on Via Emilia towards Corso Canalgrande. From there, head northwest on Via Giacomo Matteotti until you reach Largo San Giacomo, which will be on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 1.2 kilometers and should take around 15 minutes.

If you are near the Modena Railway Station (Stazione di Modena), take bus line 5 towards 'Università' and get off at the stop 'Viale Storchi'. From the bus stop, walk south along Viale Storchi, which continues as Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, until you reach Largo San Giacomo. This journey will take about 20 minutes, including the bus ride and walking.
