We had an amazing time...

We had an amazing time with Chef Dandy and his family! We learned how to hand-roll fresh pasta and make a delicious ragu, with tiramisu to top it off. Unlike some of the bigger classes I’ve seen available, this was a private class that never felt rushed - we spent the evening talking with our hosts, testing the chef’s homemade wine & olive oil, and enjoying bruschetta while we cooked and learned some new culinary skills. This was easily one of our favorite experiences from our trip, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I met Debora 8 years ago and have worked with her on 3 trips to Italy since then. Debora focused on immersive experiences with small local family owned businesses - wineries, cheese farms, you name it. When I say "immersive", Debora's incredible passion, pride and knowledge of Italian history and culture is so engaging and interesting, if you're not of Italian heritage, you'll wish you were! At a minimum, you will feel what it's like to live in Tuscany for a day! You may even want to hang your wash out to dry on a clothesline like I did! Debora finds new and interesting tours for her guests, we've never repeated a tour unless we specifically asked to re-vist ... and some have been so wonderful, we have repeated. Debora and her very talented husband, Chef Ryan Hanley, will feel like family to you and will make your experience in Tuscany especially memorable!
