I signed up for the class...
I signed up for the class and indicated that my daughter was Gluten Free. Upon arriving we were told that it was not and it said so in the description. In fact it did not say that but they were nice enough to pivot and include a risotto that my daughter could prepare and eat.

Best cooking class ever
This was probably the highlight of our trip. Irene was super fun and nice and we learned a lot and had an incredible time baking and then eating everything. You can tell they enjoy what they do!
