Getting There
Walking
Chef Vary is located on Via Romana, a short walk from the Pitti Palace. From the palace entrance, walk south on Via Romana for about 5 minutes. The cooking school will be on your left. Walking is the easiest way to reach the school if you are already in the Oltrarno neighborhood.
Public Transport
If arriving by public transport, take a bus to the Pitti Palace stop. From there, walk south on Via Romana for approximately 5 minutes. Bus tickets cost €1.70 and are valid for 90 minutes. Alternatively, the tram is another option, but requires a further walk from the nearest stop.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Florence. A taxi from the Santa Maria Novella train station to Chef Vary will cost approximately €15-€20, depending on traffic.
