Once you arrive at Pompei Scavi, exit the station and follow the signs towards the archaeological site. Continue walking straight until you see Via Duca d'Aosta, and you will find ASKOS TOURS at number 133.

From Naples, you can take the EAV bus from Napoli Garibaldi square. Look for the bus stop near the train station. Take the bus heading to Pompei and get off at the Pompei Scavi stop.
