From the central area of Herculaneum, head towards Corso Resina, which is the main street. Walk along Corso Resina until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Circumvesuviana train station, which will be on your right. This is where you can catch a train to Pompei.

At the Circumvesuviana train station, purchase a ticket to Pompei (it’s a short ride). Board the train heading towards Sorrento and get off at the Pompei Scavi station. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs towards the main road.

After leaving the Pompei Scavi train station, walk towards the main road, Viale Giuseppe Mazzini. Turn right and continue until you reach Piazza Bartolo Longo. The Santuario della Beata Vergine Maria del Santo Rosario di Pompei will be located on your left at Piazza Bartolo Longo, 1.
