I Giardini di Cataldo is located on Via Correale, a main thoroughfare in Sorrento, making it easily accessible on foot from most points in the town center. From Piazza Tasso, walk along Corso Italia, then turn onto Via Correale. The gardens will be on your right. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes from Piazza Tasso.

If arriving by train at Sorrento Circumvesuviana station, exit the station and walk straight ahead to Piazza Lauro. From Piazza Lauro, I Giardini di Cataldo is approximately a 5-minute walk along Via Correale. Local EAV buses also stop near Piazza Lauro. Tickets for the bus cost around €1.20 and can be purchased at tobacco shops or the train station.

Taxis are readily available at the Sorrento train station and Piazza Tasso. A taxi ride from either location to I Giardini di Cataldo will be short and cost approximately €12-16, as the minimum fare is around €6-12.
