If driving from Rome, take the A1 Autostrada towards Florence. Exit at Attigliano and follow the SP Bomarese for about 6 km to Bomarzo. Follow signs to Sacro Bosco. There is a free parking lot located by the ticket office. Be aware that the parking lot can be full, especially on weekends.

Public Transport
To reach Sacro Bosco by public transport, take a train from Roma Termini to Orte Scalo. From Orte Scalo, take a COTRAL bus towards Viterbo, which stops in Bomarzo. Get off at the 1 via Cavour stop at a small roundabout at Bomarzo. Walk downhill 400m northwards to the historical centre of the village. From there, follow the signs to Sacro Bosco, approximately a 20-minute walk. A one-way bus ticket from Orte Scalo to Bomarzo costs approximately €2.20 if purchased in advance or €7 if purchased on board.
