Getting There

  • Bus

    From the central area of Palermo, head to the main bus station, 'Stazione Centrale.' You can catch the bus number 812 or 613 from here. Both buses travel towards Mondello and will take you close to Capo Gallo. Get off at the 'Capo Gallo' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the coastline, and you will see the paths leading into the natural reserve.

  • Metro and Bus

    Take the Metro from 'Stazione Centrale' to 'Notarbartolo' station. From Notarbartolo, exit and catch the bus number 806 towards 'Mondello.' Get off at the 'Capo Gallo' stop. After you exit the bus, follow the signs leading you towards the natural reserve area.

  • Walking

    If you are in the Mondello area, you can walk to Capo Gallo. Head towards the beach and follow the coast road, Via Piano di Gallo. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes, and you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. Look for signs pointing to 'Riserva Naturale Capo Gallo' as you get closer.
