If you are starting from the central area of Palermo, make your way to Via Vittorio Emanuele. From the Quattro Canti (a famous intersection), walk straight along Via Vittorio Emanuele. Continue until you reach Piazza XIII Vittime, which is located on your right after passing the intersection with Via Maqueda. The square is easily recognizable and has a few historic buildings surrounding it.
Public Transport - Bus
To reach Piazza XIII Vittime by bus, find the nearest bus stop and take any bus that routes through Via Vittorio Emanuele. Keep an eye on the bus stops, and disembark at the 'Piazza XIII Vittime' stop. The piazza will be directly in front of you as you exit the bus.
Public Transport - Tram
Take the tram line 1 towards 'Roccella' or 'Notarbartolo'. Get off at the 'Piazza Castelnuovo' stop. From there, head east on Via Ruggero Settimo until you reach Via Maqueda. Turn left and walk along Via Maqueda until it intersects with Via Vittorio Emanuele. Turn right, and you will find Piazza XIII Vittime just a short walk ahead on your right.
