Great guide who cares for her guests
Chiara was a fabulous guide - knowledgeable and open to questions, whilst caring about her guests and regularly checking everyone was ok - all with a smile. The Bluetooth headsets worked really well. Bikes well maintained. The old town is better for cycling than I imagined! When my daughter had some difficulty towards the end of the tour it was no problem for Chiara to allow us finish a bit early - which was a shame but much appreciated - part of the caring for guests. We were missing one family member due to an emergency, who is sad to have missed the tour. I would recommend this tour as a way to hear about Palermo and Sicily from a local.
