Cooking with Chef Andrea and his wife was like stepping straight into the heart of Sicily. The class was so much more than just preparing food. Andrea shared incredible stories about Sicilian culture, personal experiences and the whole experience felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. The dishes we cooked were authentic Sicilian recipes, full of flavor and made with fresh local ingredients. They even surprised my girlfriend with a special dish and a thoughtful gift, which made the evening unforgettable. If you’re visiting Palermo, don’t miss this experience.
