Mio marito ed io abbiamo preparato i tortelli alle erbette sotto l'attenta guida di Paola, che, con la sua competenza e simpatia, ci ha illustrato i segreti della nonna per un piatto perfetto. Lambrusco, parmigiano e torta Susanna hanno completato egregiamente l'esperienza enogastronomica. Assolutamente consigliata!

Highlight of our time in Italy!
Catia and Augusto were wonderful!! We learned how to cook an amazing meal and they tailored it to dishes remembered from childhood cooked by my own nonna❤️. We enjoyed the lessons, the meal and the conversation! Amazing time and highlight of our Italy trip!
