From the central bus station in Perugia (Piazza Partigiani), take the bus line 30 towards Assisi. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Case Nuove'. From the bus stop, walk towards Via della Cannella. The Cantina Tili Vini Bio will be a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 5 minutes. Follow the signs for 'Cantina Tili' and you will find it at Via della Cannella, 2.

If you are near the historical center of Perugia, you can also walk to Cantina Tili Vini Bio. Start from Piazza IV Novembre and head towards Corso Vannucci. Continue straight until you reach the 'Piazza Partigiani' area. From there, follow the directions to the bus station and catch bus line 30 as described above, or if you prefer to walk, follow Via dei Priori and Via della Cannella, which will take about 1 hour but gives you a scenic view of the outskirts of Perugia.
