Walking
Start from the historic center of Perugia, specifically from the Piazza IV Novembre. From the square, head towards Corso Vannucci and walk straight until you reach Via Mazzini. Turn left onto Via Mazzini and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. At this point, you'll find a bus stop for the local buses. Take bus number 5 or 7 towards 'Monteluce' and stay on for about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Monte Tezio' stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs for 'Monte Tezio Sud' and take the hiking path that leads you up. The info point is located at the base of the hiking trails.
Public Transport
From the central train station, Perugia Fontivegge, exit the station and walk to the nearby bus terminal. Look for the bus services that go to 'Monte Tezio'. You can take bus number 5 or 7, which will take you directly to the Monte Tezio area. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Monte Tezio' bus stop, follow the footpath signs towards 'Monte Tezio Sud' where the info point is located.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Perugia. Start from the historic center and follow the road signs leading towards 'Monteluce'. Continue on the bike path along Via Cortonese until you reach the intersection with Via Monte Tezio. Turn right and follow the road as it winds up towards Monte Tezio. It's about a 7 km ride, so be prepared for a workout. Once you reach the area, look for the info point situated near the hiking trails.
