Bus
From Perugia, head to the main bus station, 'Piazza Partigiani'. Look for bus line E and purchase your ticket at the kiosk. Board the bus, and enjoy the scenic ride to Foligno, which takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Foligno' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk straight ahead along 'Corso Cavour' for about 10 minutes until you reach 'Piazza della Repubblica'. The Palazzo Trinci will be on your right.
Train
From Perugia's main train station, 'Stazione di Perugia', purchase a ticket to Foligno. The train ride will take about 20 minutes. Upon arrival at 'Foligno' train station, exit the station and turn right onto 'Viale Mezzetti'. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach 'Piazza della Repubblica'. The Palazzo Trinci will be located on your left as you arrive at the square.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from the historical center of Perugia, near 'Piazza IV Novembre'. Head down 'Via dei Priori', which will lead you to 'Corso Vannucci'. Follow 'Corso Vannucci' until you reach 'Piazza Partigiani' and then take the stairs down to the bus station. From here, you can catch a bus to Foligno as described above. The walking distance to the bus station is roughly 15 minutes.

For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from your location in Perugia to Foligno. You can hail a taxi from the street or call a local taxi service. The journey will take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, and you can ask the driver to take you to 'Piazza della Repubblica, Foligno'.
