Once you arrive at Lucca station, exit the station and head straight down Via della Stazione towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach the city walls, then turn left onto Via San Paolino. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via Santa Croce. Turn right onto Via Santa Croce, and the Porta di San Gervasio will be located at number 90 on your left.
