Walking
From the Pompeii archaeological site, exit through the main entrance. Head north toward Via Plinio. Turn left onto Via Plinio and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Turn right and continue walking until you reach the train station 'Pompei Scavi – Villa dei Misteri'. From there, take the train to Salerno. Once you arrive at Salerno train station, exit and head towards the bus terminal. Take bus number 1 towards 'Arechi Castle'. The bus will take you directly to the castle. Once you get off, follow the signs to Arechi Castle, which is a short walk uphill.

Starting from the Pompeii train station, board a train heading to Salerno. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Salerno, exit the train station and head towards the bus terminal located just outside. Catch bus number 1 towards 'Arechi Castle'. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop for Arechi Castle. Follow the walking path to the castle entrance, which is well-signposted.
