Walking
From the Pompeii archaeological site, head to the nearest train station, Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri. Take the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale station, exit and follow signs to the Metro line. Take Metro Line 1 towards Garibaldi. Get off at the Università station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Via dei Tribunali. Continue straight until you reach Via dei Tribunali, 253. You will see the Pio Monte della Misericordia on your left.

Start at the Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station. Board the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. Alight at Napoli Centrale. From Napoli Centrale, follow the signs to the Metro. Take Metro Line 1 towards Garibaldi and get off at Università station. After exiting the metro, walk straight until you reach Via dei Tribunali. Turn left on Via dei Tribunali, and walk until you find Pio Monte della Misericordia at number 253.
