If you are driving from central Portofino, start by heading east on Via Roma. Continue straight until you reach the SP227 road. Take a right onto SP227 towards Santa Margherita Ligure. Follow SP227 until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Via Montallegro. After about 1.5 km, merge onto A12 towards Genoa. Continue on A12 for about 30 km. Take exit 3 towards Genova Est and follow the signs for Viale Mafalda di Savoia. The Museo Luxoro will be on your left.

Once you arrive at Santa Margherita Ligure, transfer to bus line 482 towards Genoa. Disembark at the stop named 'Viale Mafalda di Savoia'. Walk approximately 5 minutes north and you will reach Museo Luxoro, located on your right.
