    From Portofino, take SP227 towards Santa Margherita Ligure. Continue on SP227 for about 7 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Via Montallegro and follow the signs for Genoa. Merge onto A12/E80 highway towards Genoa. After about 30 km, take exit 26 towards Genova Centro. Follow signs for the city center. Once you reach Piazza della Vittoria, you will see the Victory Arch directly in the square.

    From the Portofino bus stop, take the bus line 82 towards Santa Margherita Ligure. Get off at Santa Margherita Ligure train station (about 15 minutes). From there, take the train towards Genoa Brignole. The train ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Genoa Brignole station, exit and walk towards the bus stop outside the station. Take bus 20 or 35 towards Piazza della Vittoria. The Victory Arch is located in the square, just a short walk from the bus stop.
