If you're starting from the main beach area in Positano, walk up Via del Saraceno until you reach the main road, SS163. Turn left and walk along the road, enjoying the beautiful views. Continue until you reach the bus stop for the SITA bus, which will take you directly to Pompei. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as it can vary throughout the day. The bus ride should take about 30-40 minutes.

From Positano, take the SITA bus heading towards Sorrento and get off at the Pompei Scavi stop. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the stop, follow the signs towards the entrance of the archaeological site. Via Duca d'Aosta should be on your right as you walk towards the entrance.
