Ferry
To reach Grotta Bianca in Capri from Positano, start by walking to the Positano ferry terminal. Depending on your starting point in Positano, you may take the main road down to the harbor, which can be quite steep. Follow the signs to the ferry and purchase your ticket to Capri. Once on the ferry, enjoy the beautiful views as it takes approximately 30-40 minutes to reach Capri. Upon arrival at the Capri harbor, exit the ferry and look for the signs directing you toward the Marina Grande.
Bus
After arriving at Marina Grande in Capri, take the funicular railway or the local bus from the harbor to the town center of Capri. If you choose the funicular, it is just a short walk from the marina. The funicular ride takes about 5 minutes. Once you reach the top, follow the signs to the bus terminal and board the bus going towards Anacapri. Inform the bus driver that you are headed to Grotta Bianca, which is near the Blue Grotto area. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes.
Walking
Once you arrive at the stop closest to Grotta Bianca, you will need to walk the remaining distance. Follow the signs indicating the path to the Blue Grotto. The walk is about 15-20 minutes and is relatively easy, with some beautiful views along the way. You may need to ask locals for further directions if you feel unsure, as the paths can sometimes be winding.
