From the center of Positano, head towards the main road (SS163). Follow the signs for the ferry terminal. Walk along the waterfront, enjoying the scenic views, until you reach the ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for Napoli. Once on the ferry, enjoy the beautiful ride across the bay for about 50 minutes. After arriving at the Molo Beverello port in Naples, exit the terminal and head to the nearest metro station, 'Università'. Take Line 1 towards Piscinola and get off at the 'Museo' station. From there, it's a short walk to Sansevero Chapel Museum, located at Via Francesco de Sanctis, 19/21.

From the main Piazza dei Mulini in Positano, take the SITA bus towards Naples. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
