What makes the experience truly special is that it goes far beyond a typical cocktail-making class. We explored the ingredients, techniques, and stories behind four different cocktails, then rolled up our sleeves and made them ourselves. Stepping behind the bar added an extra thrill—we got to experience the evening like bartenders, not just guests. And then there was Daniele, our wonderful host. Welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny, he made everything feel relaxed and personal. Rather than attending a formal class, it felt like spending an evening with a friend who happened to know everything about cocktails. We left with new skills, unforgettable memories, and a newfound appreciation for this hidden gem in Salerno. Whether you’re passionate about cocktails or simply looking for a memorable experience in Italy, Black Monday is an absolute must.

Amazing experience

We had an amazing experience at our pizza making class. On arrival we had the best limoncello spritz we’ve had our whole trip in Sorrento. Everyone we met was kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
