Start at the main beach area of Positano, known as Spiaggia Grande. From the beach, walk up the main road (Via del Saracino) towards the town center. Continue straight, passing by several shops and cafes. After about 10 minutes, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path (Via Pasitea) which will lead you up some stairs and winding paths. Follow the signs towards Atrani, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from Positano. As you walk, enjoy the stunning views of the coastline. Eventually, you will reach the charming village of Atrani. Once in Atrani, continue straight until you arrive at Piazza Umberto I, a lovely square where you can take a break and enjoy the atmosphere.

From Positano, head to the bus stop located near the main beach area (Spiaggia Grande). Look for the SITA bus that goes towards Amalfi. Board the bus and purchase your ticket from the driver or at the ticket booth. The ride to Atrani takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop for Atrani, which is the last stop before Amalfi. After disembarking, walk a short distance towards the town center, and you will find Piazza Umberto I just a few minutes away.
