Walking
From the main square of Amalfi (Piazza del Duomo), head towards the steps leading up to the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea. Climb the steps and exit the cathedral area. Continue along the main road (Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi) heading towards Atrani. After about 10 minutes, you will reach a fork in the road; take the left path that leads you down towards the beach. Walk along the beach promenade towards Atrani, which is about a 5-minute walk. Once in Atrani, find Via S. Sebastiano, which is the street that leads to the Santuario Santa Maria del Bando. The shrine is located further up this street, and it should take you approximately 10 minutes to reach it from the beach.

From Amalfi, walk to the bus stop located near the main square (Piazza del Duomo). Look for the SITA bus that heads towards Atrani. The bus ride is short, about 5 minutes. Once you arrive in Atrani, disembark at the stop closest to the beach. From there, head up Via S. Sebastiano, which will take you directly to Santuario Santa Maria del Bando. The walk from the bus stop to the shrine will take approximately 10 minutes.
