Walk
From the main square of Ravello (Piazza Vescovado), head towards the Hotel Palumbo and take the path leading down towards the winding road. Follow the signs for the 'Sentiero dei Limoni' (Lemon Path) that will take you down towards the coast. After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach the bus stop for Salerno. Look for the SITA bus heading to Salerno.
Bus
Once you reach the bus stop, board the SITA bus to Salerno. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the Amalfi Coast as you travel. Disembark at the Salerno bus terminal.
Walk
From the Salerno bus terminal, walk towards the beach promenade (Lungomare) and head east along the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and walk until you reach the signs directing you to Arechi Castle. It is about a 20-minute walk from the promenade. The castle is located on a hill, so be prepared for some uphill walking.
Walk
As you approach Arechi Castle, you will see the entrance on your left. The castle is situated at Località Croce, and you may also take a moment to enjoy the panoramic views of Salerno and the surrounding area from the top.
