Turn left onto Via F. Baracca and continue until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Via G. Mazzini. Follow Via G. Mazzini until you reach Piazza del Popolo. From Piazza del Popolo, walk towards the large archway (Porta Adriana) and pass through it. Once past the arch, continue straight onto Via di Roma. Keep walking straight for about 300 meters, and you will see the Battistero degli Ariani on your left at Piazzetta degli Ariani. The entrance is easily accessible and well-marked.
