Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the famous Piazza Navona, head southeast towards Via Agonale. Continue straight as this road turns into Corso del Rinascimento. Follow Corso del Rinascimento until you reach Piazza di Campo de' Fiori, then turn left onto Via dei Baullari. Continue until you reach Via di Santa Maria in Monticelli and then turn right. This road will lead you directly to Lungotevere in Augusta where the Ara Pacis Museum is located.

    From Termini Station, take Bus 64 towards Stazione San Pietro. Get off at the stop 'Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina'. From there, walk towards Via della Guglia and continue straight until you reach Lungotevere in Augusta. The Ara Pacis Museum will be on your left after a short walk.
