If you are near the Termini Station, take Line B (Blue Line) towards Laurentina and get off at the 'Circo Massimo' station. After exiting the station, head towards the Circus Maximus and walk along Via del Circo Massimo until you reach Viale di Porta Capena. Turn left onto Viale di Porta Capena and continue straight until you see the Baths of Neptune on your right.
