If you're near Termini Station, take Line A (the orange line) towards Battistini. Get off at the sixth stop, Ottaviano. From there, exit the station and head south on Via Ottaviano until you reach Piazza San Pietro. Continue straight to Via di Monserrato, and the destination will be on your left.

Locate a nearby bus stop and take bus number 87 or 492. Both buses stop at the Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Get off at the stop called 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele'. From there, walk east on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, then turn right onto Via di Monserrato. Caffè Perù will be on your left side at number 46.

If you are staying in the central area, such as near Piazza Navona, you can walk to Caffè Perù. Head towards the north-west corner of Piazza Navona, and exit the square. Walk along Via di Santa Maria dell'Anima, then turn left onto Via di Monserrato. Continue walking until you reach number 46 on your right.
