Metro
Take the Metro Line A (the orange line) from any station in the city towards Anagnina. Get off at the 'Colli Albani' station. From there, exit the station and take bus number 660 towards 'Laurentina'. Get off at the stop 'Via Appia Antica/Ponte Lungo', which is close to the entrance of the Appia Antica Park. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Capo di Bove, located at Via Appia Antica, 222.
Bus
If you are near central locations like Termini Station, you can catch bus number 118 towards 'Piazzale A. Manzoni' and transfer at 'Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano' to bus number 664 towards 'Via Appia Antica'. Get off at 'Appia Antica/Via di San Sebastiano' and walk approximately 15 minutes to Capo di Bove at Via Appia Antica, 222.
Walking
If you are already in the area of the Appia Antica Park, simply follow the signs for 'Parco Archeologico dell'Appia Antica'. The path is well-marked, and as you walk along Via Appia Antica, look for the signs pointing to Capo di Bove. It should take you around 10-15 minutes to reach the site from the park entrance.
Bicycle
For a more scenic route, consider renting a bicycle. You can find rental spots near the Colosseum or in the Appia Antica Park. Once you have a bike, follow the bike paths along Via Appia Antica. Capo di Bove is about a 20-minute ride from the park entrance, so enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you make your way there.
