Take Line B of the Metro from any station in Rome towards Laurentina. Get off at the 'Colosseo' station. Exit the station and walk towards Via dei Fori Imperiali. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Venezia. From there, head towards Via del Corso and continue until you reach Piazza di Spagna. From the Spanish Steps, take the bus number 119 towards Trastevere and get off at the stop 'Piazza Raffaele D’Avalos'. Walk to Via Aldo Manuzio, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

Find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 75 or 280 which goes towards Trastevere. Get off at 'Piazza della Repubblica'. From there, walk to the nearest Metro station and take Line A towards Battistini. Change at 'Termini' station for Line B towards Laurentina. Get off at 'Colosseo' and follow the directions provided above to Via Aldo Manuzio.

If you are close to the Trastevere area, you can walk to Via Aldo Manuzio. Head towards the Tiber River and follow the riverbank until you reach Ponte Sisto. Cross the bridge and continue straight to reach Via della Lungara. Turn left onto Via di San Francesco a Ripa, and then turn right onto Via Aldo Manuzio. The location will be on your right.
