Metro
From Termini Station, take Metro Line A (the orange line) towards Battistini. Get off at the Ottaviano stop. After exiting the metro station, follow the signs to Viale Vaticano. Walk straight down Viale Giulio Cesare for about 10 minutes until you reach Viale Vaticano. Turn left onto Viale Vaticano, and you will find the Gregorian Egyptian Museum on your right.

From Piazza Venezia, walk to the bus stop located near the Altare della Patria. Take Bus 81 or 492 towards the Vatican. Get off at the stop called 'Rondinella,' which is directly near the Vatican Museums. From there, walk along Viale Vaticano for a few minutes, and you will see the entrance to the Gregorian Egyptian Museum.

If you are near the historic center, you can walk to the Gregorian Egyptian Museum. From Piazza Navona, head northwest towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and walk straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river at the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once across, turn right and follow the riverside until you reach the Ponte Principe Amedeo Savoia Aosta. Continue straight, and you will reach Viale Vaticano. The museum will be on your left.
