To reach Lake Albano in Castel Gandolfo from central Rome, start by making your way to the Termini Station. You can take Metro Line A (the orange line) from any nearby station towards Anagnina. Get off at Anagnina station and follow the signs to the train platform. From there, take a regional train (Treno Regionale) towards Albano Laziale. The train ride is about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Albano Laziale station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located outside. Take the local bus (Line C) that goes to Castel Gandolfo. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the lake, and you will find yourself at Lake Albano.
